How do I add or edit a reading?
Tap Add Reading on the Home screen, set systolic, diastolic, and pulse on the wheels, then tap Save Reading. To change one later, open it from History and edit any value, including the date and time.
How do I delete a reading or clear my data?
Open a reading from History and tap Delete. To clear everything at once, export a CSV copy first if you want one, then remove the app. Your readings live on your device, so they leave with it.
Can I export my readings as a CSV file?
Yes. Go to Settings and tap Export Data. You get a CSV with date and time, systolic, diastolic, pulse, tags, and note, ready for Files, Mail, or a spreadsheet.
How do I create the PDF report for my doctor?
Open Report, pick a date range, decide whether to include pulse and tags, then tap Create PDF. The layout follows your country format, and you can share or print it from there.
How do I turn on Apple Health sync?
Go to Settings, switch on Apple Health Sync, and allow blood pressure and heart rate when iOS asks. Readings you already saved come along, and you can switch it off at any time.
How do I set up reminders?
Open Reminders, add a time, and pick the days of the week you want it on. Notification permission is asked only when you tap Remind Me, so the choice stays yours.
Can I keep separate logs for two people?
Yes. Settings has a Profile row where you add a second person. Each profile keeps its own readings, history, insights, and reports, and switching takes one tap.
What do the category colors mean?
Green, amber, and red mark the standard blood pressure bands: normal, elevated, and high. They label the reading you entered and stop there. Reading meaning into the pattern is your doctor's job.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your readings are stored on your device. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, and no health database on our side. A PDF, a CSV, or a Health sync happens only when you start it.
How do I contact support?
