This policy explains how BP Pulse Log handles your information. BP Pulse Log is an iOS app published by Minigamr LLC ("we", "us"). "You" means the person using the app.
Summary
Everything you enter stays on your phone. We run no servers, so your readings never reach us and we cannot see them. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking in the app.
What the app stores on your device
BP Pulse Log is a manual logbook. You type in the blood pressure and pulse readings you got from your own cuff. The app does not measure anything and does not use any sensors.
What you enter is saved in the app's own storage on your device. That can include:
- Systolic and diastolic blood pressure values
- Pulse values
- The date and time of a reading
- Any notes, tags, or settings you add yourself
This data stays on the device. There is no server, no remote database, and no cloud sync in the app. Your readings are not backed up to our systems, because we have no systems that receive them.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
BP Pulse Log can connect to Apple Health. This is optional. It is off until you turn it on and give permission.
If you turn it on, the app can write your blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and heart rate to Apple Health, and read those values back from Apple Health.
That exchange happens entirely on your device, between the app and Apple Health. We never receive your health data. Health data is never used for advertising and is never shared with anyone by us.
You can turn the connection off at any time in the app or in the iOS Health app under Sharing and Apps.
Notifications
You can set reminders to take a measurement. These are local notifications. They are scheduled and delivered by your device. They do not involve a server and they do not send anything to us.
Sharing that you start
Any sharing is something you do on purpose. The app never transmits anything on its own. Your options are:
- Export a PDF report
- Export a CSV file
- Sync to Apple Health, if you enabled it
When you export a file, you choose where it goes: email, messages, a printer, a file app, or your doctor. Once you hand that file to another app or service, that app or service handles it under its own rules, not ours.
What we do not do
To be direct about it:
- No account, no registration, no login, no email address required to use the app
- No advertising and no ad networks
- No analytics and no usage tracking in the app
- No third-party SDKs
- No profiling and no cross-app or cross-site tracking
- No selling of personal information, and no sharing of it for advertising
- No collection of your readings, because they never leave your device
If you email support
Our support address is . If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Please do not send us health records or reading data. We do not need them to help you.
This website
bppulselog.com is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare acts as our content delivery network and may process technical request data, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site.
We count page views with our own self-hosted analytics. The counter is first party: no third-party analytics service is involved. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It does not record your IP address and it cannot identify you. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not count your visit at all.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, and that includes children. BP Pulse Log is intended for adults keeping track of their own blood pressure readings. It is not directed at children.
Your rights
Most privacy rights exist so you can find out what a company holds about you and make it stop. In our case there is nothing to find. We hold no personal data about app users, so requests for access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction are already satisfied by design.
You stay in control of the data on your device:
- Delete any single reading inside the app
- Delete the app to remove all of its data from your device
- Manage or revoke Apple Health access in the iOS Health app
There is nothing on our side to delete.
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR): for app use, we are not processing your personal data at all. If you email support, we process your email address and message so we can reply to you. Our basis for that is our legitimate interest in answering support requests. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time, and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not collect personal information from app users, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past twelve months. Exercising your rights will not get you worse service, since there is nothing to withhold.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change ever means the app starts collecting something, we will say so plainly here before it happens.
